The Custom Process
1. Share Your Idea
Send us your inspiration, sketches, references, preferred gemstones, or design ideas through the enquiry form below.
2. Discussion & Quotation
We will discuss the design, materials, sizing, and overall direction of the piece before providing a quotation.
3. Design Confirmation
Once the design and quotation are confirmed, a non-refundable deposit will be required before the crafting process begins.
4. Handcrafting Process
Each piece is individually handcrafted with care using selected materials and traditional making techniques.
5. Completion & Delivery
Once completed, the final piece will be carefully packed and shipped to you.
Custom Order Guidelines
Timeline
As each piece is individually handcrafted, custom orders typically require a minimum of 14 working days for completion, depending on the complexity of the design, material availability, and current order volume.
Pricing & Deposit
Custom design consultation fees begin from RM250 onwards.
Final pricing varies depending on the design complexity, materials, gemstones, sizing, and craftsmanship involved.
A non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the order before production begins.
Handmade Nature
Each piece is handcrafted individually, therefore slight variations in texture, finish, stone characteristics, or details may occur. These subtle variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade jewellery.
Materials
We primarily work with sterling silver, fine silver, non-tarnish brass wires, gemstones, crystals, and selected jewellery materials depending on the design requirements.
Returns & Cancellations
As all custom-made pieces are specially created for each customer, cancellations, returns, or refunds are unavailable once the crafting process has begun.
Care & Quality
Each piece is created with care and attention to craftsmanship. Proper jewellery care is recommended to preserve the beauty and longevity of the piece over time.
