Shipping & Delivery
Local Shipping (Malaysia)
Orders within Malaysia are shipped via courier services such as DHL, Pos Laju, or equivalent courier providers.
Shipping fees are as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM10
- East Malaysia: RM17
Complimentary shipping is provided for all Malaysia orders above RM200.
International Shipping
International deliveries are arranged via major courier services such as DHL or FedEx.

For hygiene purposes, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Packaging
All Mon Petit Atelier jewellery pieces are carefully packaged in:
- complimentary cloth pouch or jewellery box
- complimentary polishing cloth
- sturdy gift box tied with ribbon
to ensure they arrive beautifully presented and in optimal condition. The packaging is also designed to be reusable and sustainable.

Processing & Shipping Time
Please allow up to three (3) working days for order processing prior to shipment.
Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels
If parcels are returned to us due to:
- unsuccessful delivery attempts
- incomplete or incorrect shipping details
- failure to collect parcels from courier collection points
customers will be responsible for the additional shipping fees required for re-delivery.
Standard shipping charges will apply.

Worldwide Shipping
We currently ship worldwide except to:
- P.O. Box addresses
- APO/FPO addresses
- countries not serviced by major couriers such as DHL or FedEx
