Which shipping couriers do you use and shipping charges?

Local Shipping (Malaysia)

Parcels are shipped via Pos Laju for Peninsular and East Malaysia deliveries. Shipping fees are calculated based on location, for Peninsular Malaysia the parcel fee is RM10 and for East Malaysia, the parcel fee is RM15. 

Complimentary shipping within Malaysia for purchases above RM150.00.

International Shipping (Overseas)

International shipping is via the appropriate courier company such as DHL or Fedex. Please email us to arrange for delivery.

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email within 1-2 working days, containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily, and quickly locate the progress of your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at info@monpetitatelier.store 

How will my jewelry be shipped?

All Mon Petit Atelier jewelries are wrapped in complimentary cloth pouch & polishing cloth, and sturdy gift box tied with ribbon to ensure that they arrive in beautiful & optimal condition, and can be reused. 

How long will shipping take?

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order. We do not deliver parcels on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment only via local bank transfer (CIMB Bank).
