Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
As some pieces are handcrafted or made-to-order, slight production variations may occur.

Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once orders have been processed and shipped unless an incorrect or damaged item has been received.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your parcel with supporting photographs and order details.
